Data and contact enquiries
Data controller: BrunCos Energy S.r.l., VAT ID IT01840270662, tax ID 01840270662, Via Tiburtina Valeria 132, 65128 Pescara (PE), Italy. For requests about your data, use this form and mention “Privacy”, or write to our registered office. Notice updated on 5 September 2026.
We use your name, company, email, optional phone number, project type and message to review and answer your enquiry and take the pre-contractual steps you request. Required fields are needed to handle the enquiry; phone is optional. Do not submit health data, credentials or unnecessary confidential information.
The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request; for business representatives’ contact details and abuse prevention, our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and protecting the service. Acknowledging this notice does not authorise marketing. There is no automatic newsletter enrolment, profiling or automated decision-making.
The site is hosted on the company’s OVHcloud VPS. The form forwards your message through IONOS SMTP to the company’s selected Gmail mailbox, operated by Google. Data may be processed by authorised BrunCos personnel and technical providers needed for mail delivery and management. Mail services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under the providers’ applicable terms and safeguards.
The webserver does not archive enquiries or record their contents or addresses in website logs. Abuse limits use temporary in-memory state; correspondence remains in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Data is then deleted when no longer needed, subject to retention obligations or the protection of legal rights. “Save a copy of the brief” creates a file only on your device.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority. The site does not install advertising tools or marketing cookies; images and fonts are served locally. Optional statistics are described below.
Optional statistics
We use Umami on our own infrastructure to understand how the website is used and improve it through aggregate statistics. Collection is automatic, without analytics cookies, advertising or commercial profiling. We honour the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We measure pages visited, site language, referring domain, browser and device category, approximate geographic area and requests accepted by the mail service. Before sending an IP address to Umami, we reduce it to its network prefix: /24 for IPv4 and /48 for IPv6. Umami derives a temporary technical identifier specific to each website, without storing the IP address in its database. Visitor counts are estimates: several people may be grouped together. Names, email addresses, messages, URL parameters and browsing recordings are excluded from analytics; we do not link visits across different websites.
Statistical processing serves our legitimate interest in assessing and improving the website, using only the data needed for that purpose. You can object through the contact form or by writing to our registered office; browser privacy signals automatically stop collection. Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days and encrypted recovery copies for up to 30 further days. Expired data are removed before restored statistics are made available. Analytics failures do not prevent contact requests from being sent.
